- I've been keeping a daily journal for gratitude and it's been a transformational practice for self-care and mental health. The world is pretty crazy right now and a daily journal for gratitude helps remind me of what's good in my life. The extra bonus is that it helps open me back up to be more understanding and empathetic with others in my family, work, and life.

I literally just told my friend about this. I told him I was being repetitive with the things that I positive for. I find I judge myself hardly when my gratuity is on repeat. I should surely be grateful for other things because there's always something we overlook or take for granted. Usually those small things
It's a strange thing with you Matt, I always end up back at your channel when change is nearby and I need guidance. I got into bullet journalling because of your videos and I haven't looked back. When my son had a big decision to make in September 2019, we applied the approach from your fear setting video and the conclusions that created definitely put him on the right path. To move forward now and make a long-needed change in my own life, I aim to go deeper into journalling and gratitude, and you have created a video on it. Plus at the end of your live stream you mentioned you are working on something for RUclipsrs (and hopefully those of us wanting to develop further from fledgling beginnings); RUclips is the next step for me in my life change.
