I was bobbing and shaking my head so hard in time with the music at high volume that my forehead unintentionally hit the nozzle of the spray can of Tectly standing on my bench in front of the computer. This resulted in a massive spurt of stuff that caused my hair being glued to my eyelids. I tried to reach for the bottle of acetone to quicly clean myself and recover eyesight. However, in my hurry the acetone bottle spilled right under the gaz stove where my coffee perculator was starting to bubble out for my mid morning cup of arabica. Needless to say that the acetone vapors and the flame of the gaz stove reacted in a desastrous manner. The blow of the explosion resulted in coffee perculator being thrown onto the ceiling. I received a jet of scalding hot coffee across the face but more annoying, the Italian made stainless steel perculator landed back on my head and bounced back on my computer. This did not stop the video. Instead, by landing exactly on the volume increase key it made my loudspeakers crank up to 108 decibels. This resulted, according to my ear doctor, in permanent hearing loss. The good news is I can still see from one eye.
Yeah that is called a proofcoat gun with a hose attached onto it that I rigged up. The gun comes with a short hose and a 360 degree nozzle on the end. I used a piece of hose as an extension.
How did use do the inside ? Where grinder doesn’t fit ? About to do my trailer. Was gonna just use some kerosine or metho and just a wire brush any other tips ?
Hey mate if the forklift has been sandblasted and is bare metal then use an etch primer first. Then spray anything on top. 2k or enamel. Enamel will be the cheaper option. I would only use the Por15 if it has rust.
@iMMike0 honestly I haven't used it. If a product is used correctly it should do its job. This stuff is mad because you can paint it straight over rust and it's hammer tough.
hey dave if im gunna paint a forklift , straight after its sandblasted do i have to scuff it with scotch brite or any prep or do i just undercoat it straight away, also what is the procudure to painting a forklift do i need to use POR15 and what paint enamel or 2k
Wow I didn't know you could spray POR-15. I thought that was a pretty nasty product that had to be applied with a brush. Hope you got all of it out of the gun!
hey guys, trying to paint my trailer also, how did you make the tube sprayer? what parts did you use and mainly the sprayer end? thanks heaps, ps the trailer looks mint!!
Should be turning white by now due to UV , must topcoat while still tacky.. Impossible to have anything adhere to it after drying unless you sand or use the metal ready to etch it.. Good product just have to put it on right..
Nice vid, but I may have to sue you for hearing loss. Volume difference between music and voice makes for a painful listening experience. Turn it up to hear your voices, then BAM get your eardrums shredded when the tunes kick in.
Wear gloves throughout and use a mask mate, from beginning. I just sprayed an average degreaser--without gloves--and got a pretty good burn. Too all the complainers, just IGNORE the music.
How do you ignore the music? It's so loud... You'd have to mute or turn it down, and then GUESS when to turn it back up or unmute. What a dumb suggestion. Why don't you just ignore the comments that are complaining?
could have done without the loud annoying music. I'm not saying I don't like the music, just could have toned it down some.

The music is way too loud. I have to turn the volume up to hear what you are saying, then back down when the music starts.
How did use do the inside ? Where grinder doesn’t fit ? About to do my trailer. Was gonna just use some kerosine or metho and just a wire brush any other tips ?

yes! I was just thinking to myself the other day, man when is the next custom spray mods going to be on????
what was it that you used to remove the rust? what's the name of the tool on the grinder? Was it just a wire brush head?

Good job guys. Thanks for rust prevention steps.
Where did you get such a long hose to paint the trailer interior?
What kind of boat was that?
I had to give you thumbs down on your video it's because of the music
กระทิงแดง shirt
where you get it
how would you rate MOTOSPRAY RUST CONVERTER & PRIMER/SEALER?
So I noticed you painted over a galvanised trailer... the paint didn't crack, chip or peel?
Nice vid. What kind of a vessel is that at the end? Looks maddd fun. Where do i get one?

if I wanted music I could go to itunes or spotify, loud music adds nothing to the content.
The music is louder than the dialog unfortunately. So when I turn up the speech, the music blares. Otherwise great vid.
Love how ya use a mask for paintimg but the galv dust isnt toxic more.
Thanks Guys ! always appreciate your vids ! good job! Keep it up! love the music too!

Wat about the gemini
is that not a galvanised surface so wont rust anyway !
DRJMF1 i see rusty galvanised trailers all the time. just takes time.
No Accelerator, Activator or catalyst?
If you do it right, it will last 5-7 years. You will be repainting this in 1-2 years
As a bridge painter watching this was humorous.
@sscustoms100 Yep I wrote them a nice letter and got accepted within weeks
You cant hear anything in your video just to let you know. Your voices can't be heard just the music.
You should put a top coat on that, por15 is uv sensitive and will lose its abilities if left in the sun for so long.
ah i see now the caption at the bottom stating they did.
You stripped it to bare metal? That's not necessary with POR15
don't need the music, doesn't do shit to make video better
Neither do your comments
feedback is the breakfast of champions ;)
Aw don't want comments don't put vids on youtube, kitchen gets warm
He should at least equalize the volume.. you have to turn it up to hear him talk then you get blasted with shitty music.
Fuckit! This music is enough to spoil any mood! No Hell
hey guys, trying to paint my trailer also, how did you make the tube sprayer? what parts did you use and mainly the sprayer end?
thanks heaps, ps the trailer looks mint!!
poor audio and no need for music to destroy what we could hear.
That intro!! LOL
WASTE 30 SECONDS ON MUSIC, THEN WASTED TIME UNTIL 1:15!!!! COME ON .......!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WAIT... 2:08 !!!!!!!!! COME ON CLICK BAIT!!!!
Thumbs down for killing my ears. Ugh. Please correct the music volume.
กระทิงแดง
So cool
Not sure why but most of these DIY videos use the most annoying music available. It is annoying as hell. CLICK!!
To much about yourself and to much loud music make it about the trailer
music too loud

if you get por-15 on your skill it'll come out, just wait a week and it'll eventually come off
Kill the music and cut the slack out of the video.......miserable to watch.
Why the BS way too high volume music followed by way too quiet talking?
mighty car mods

Intro is way too long.
@Dodge94z haaa yeah. Thats funny.
Music SUCKS!
If a Kangaroo 🦘 gets thrown into a river can it swim? 🤷♂️

You guys obviously don’t care about the environment and wash off the toxic runoff.
