J - at the very end of your video you mentioned Adobe not making use of the hardware in the laptop - do you mean the gpu? I thought adobe premiere liked Nvidia cards? thank you! :)
Nice practical video, thanks !Did the Evo 960 ssd work as plug & play ?Do you know is a big 2 TB ssd is supported?I just ordered the aw13 yesterday and it has a 512gb ssd included but I need to buy a bigger one for the 2th slot.Or perhaps I should put the slow Toshiba in the 2th slot for extra storage but how can I transfer the boot to the new ssd without having to buy a new windows etc? Thanks for any help !
That's what I did, I put the Toshiba ssd in the second slot. You will need some Intel drivers in the Windows OS bootable USB so the Samsung 960 can the detected. Let me know if you can't find them so I can probably send them to you. About the 2TB I'm not sure but it will cost you a fortune, the 1TB 960 is about $479.00
i actually did that with my new 13r3, you can download everything you need from the support page on dell, check the service tag in the bottom plate, intruduce it in the web and all the drivers will be available, really easy. im very happy with the laptop, i think it only supports 1 tb in each slot. the oled display is over the top, you cant go back now.
thanks for showing some details about the real world things going on. I am still waiting for mine a few days. I will try the built in SSD and maybe later go for ADATA as some cool Canadian guy told me he believes ADATA are on top of the SSD game?
Floyd Canfield Thanks, well I haven't seen better performance than the one you get with Samsung 960 Pro or Evo but remember it can't be less than 500gb.
SMALL update! After signing for Windows Insider Program I got Windows 10 Build 15063 and all of the sudden all the lags are GONE! the computer is giving me issues with the Mouse pad and Video Lags....will keep testing and report back!
currently on the fence to get this or the 17r4 i prefer a bigger screen but id also love to have the oled display.. not sure what to get because i dont want the 13 inch one to be too small
It’s not one of the most powerful 13 inch laptop. Is The Most Powerful 13 inch laptop

Thanks, I'll get back to you if I can't find the drivers. The 2 tb is indeed expensive ... I'll probably get a 1tb if I can find some kind of sale.
