As I was listening to this performance against the Arcadia Festival of Band’s I believe that this was a smidge slower. Of course there were obvious differences between the two performance visually (specifically with the guard blocking and performance). I realize that both times I REALLY enjoyed listening to this March. Perhaps your class division at AFOB put you in a spot that was really tough. But that gave you a great idea as to where you rank amongst the SoCal Bands. I’m still very impressed by your overall performances and the ability for a large group as you are, that you were able to adjust to the requirements for AFOB. I’m not aware of any NorCal bands being able to accomplish that. I’ve seen a few starting with Benicia in 1998 at Maytime. It really is awesome.
At this point, all I have to say is that you have a fan watching you all the way out here on Guam ready to root for you next season. Kudos to you all and keep making awesome music.

I don’t know what it is but I LIKE the guard uniform.
