This was helpful, I’ve been seeing a bunch of Omori stuff recently, and had no clue what it was. Also, if you want to play another really good rpg maker game, I’d recommend Grimm’s Hollow. It is a little dark, and is about death, but it’s also super cute and funny. It’s about this girl named Lavender, who wakes up in the Hollow, and is quickly informed that she is dead. Basically, when you die, your soul decays, and all that’s left is your spirit, which decides what happens to you when you die. If your spirit is too strong, you become a ghost, and will quickly become violent. If your spirit is too weak, you become a reaper, and must reap ghosts of their extra spirit energy so that they (and eventually you) can pass on to the true afterlife.

I hope you find something in your mirror
this video is so well put together and high quality !!! great stuff man
Oh nice. I loved earthbound so I’ll probably give this game a try!
this video was incredibly good! as someone currently binging all omori related content after my true route finish (and mental preparation for the hikikomori route...), this captures my feelings towards the game PERFECTLY. your video is done and produced really well, and im shocked you dont have more subs than you do! subscribed and looking forward to any other videos you put out in the future :D
Hi! I found you on Reddit, and I'm glad I did. I just wanna say that this video was really good! I definitely think that you'll gain a large following over time.
Thank you sososo much! I didn’t think many people actually saw that post, but I’m glad you liked it!!
It started in 2011?!! Holy crap I knew the game development started years ago but I didn't expect the concept to be 9 years in the making
The actual development for the game started in 2014, but it was a tumblr blog at first!
Just here to say that I can't wait for the Switch release
Same!!! I use my switch wayyyy more than my laptop
I didn't find out about this game until about a month before its release. I went ahead and bought it a few days after it released after seeing some really good steam reviews, and man I was not disappointed. Every aspect of this game is a masterpiece. Absolutely incredible game.
It really is!
I feel like this game changed me as a person
I was so happy when I saw it on my steam recommended list on new year's
I've been hoping to see it released since 2015(?) but didn't really think it would tbh
this year all of my Christmas plans were put to a halt due to my getting very sick so this thing really made things a lot brighter for me in pretty bad times
170+ tracks i-💀
Yup and most of them are amazing
Been waiting for this game for a long time, glad you made a video covering it! great video as usual! :D
MELTEM thank you so much!!
What is OMORI? To me: The source of my trauma.
my guy you’re hella underrated, your videos are top quality, like fantastic editing, sound is amazing and your script/essays are very well made!! definitely subscribing for the king run bro! keep up the good work!!
whoa dude i thought you had way more subs!! this is so well made!
Thank you, I appreciate it!
It's a game that made me cry way more often than I expected. And it'll be stuck in my head for a long time. And I'm happy it will be.
Omori is a masterpiece.
I loooove the fight mechanic especially the skills and followups. I barely use emotions but i live by followups. Using them to recover hearts and juice and inflicting extra damage. Then with the recovered juice continue to abuse skills
Kel's "Pass to Hero" follow up gets SO BEEFY later on in the game!
@@takune pass to hero always for multiple enemies. Then rebound, hack away, and wind up if multiple enemies still alive
@@takune in endgame i usually use followups from hero. To recover health and juice. Everyone else i use for skills.
