Whatever you say is true but if we have to pause our career its a big decision too .once they turn 5 years everything start with money from education and learning hobbies all needs money .If that wont be a problem evey parent will stop doing job and spend time with kids ,but thats not the case you have to run after money to fullfill their future needs .So tell me how can we cope up this situation please?
