The original one-minute part won a gold medal for "Fan Favorite" and it was an honor to be involved in this project. The second camera angle was Connor Wyse, a talented gentleman who was there for every single shoot. Thanks Connor!

Mike ‘s style always makes skating look so fun.
Awesome style. The best part is that everyone can do this in their own city. No parks or special ramps needed. Pure street skating :)

He pushed Street skate to its limits of creativity, it is hard to me to pick one from among Natas, Gonz and M.V, but I do believe that they are the ones who Made Street skate something awesome. Time passed and new skaters, great ones came along, but they are the ones I admire the most. There is a footage of MV skating a coastal zone that is particularly awesome, and he made simple stuff but at top speed, and I could not believe how he could manage to tailstop without being tossed off the board, seemed that he contradicted Newton or something.
2:15... What kind of Dungeons and Dragons skateboard sorcery was that board spin? That was awesome! This video is insanely good. We need more skating like this.

mostly too old school for me (like the boneless and anything that has feet on the ground), but the wall rides and the streetplant at the end are still awesome. Impressed Mike can still do such acrobatics at nearly 50 yo.
I don't know where he gets all that energy from! When I see current videos of him skating, he looks so athletic and agile. He must be super fit.

Its so fun to watch because he's just having fun. There aren't really any mistakes, just pushing and going with it. That's why skaters like him are just rad to watch. They all push so fast and hard and show that they love every minute of it.
