    When do you brush the simple syrup on the cake? (When it comes out of the oven or after it cools off?)

    Hi Amy! Could you please tell me how I should multiply the raspberry filling recipe to fill an 8”, 3 layer cake? And also a 10” 3 layer cake?

      For an 8” cake, you can double the recipe, and for a 10” cake, you can triple it! This is for a generous amount of compote between the layers like my photo. :)

      @@AmycakesBakes and for a 12”, 2 layer cake?? I’d also like to know if a cake with this raspberry filling needs to be stored in the refrigerator. Thanks Amy.
