2005 PT Cruiser Convertable Hydraulic Top Lift Cylinder Replacement

This is how I replaced my 2005 pt cruiser gt convertible top lift cylinder and how I added more fluid to my convertible top motors fluid tank.
I got my convertable top lift cylinder from Tophydraulics.com

Help where did you get the new pistons. My fingers are so sore from searching the internet for new ones. Your video was so easy to follow. Just need to find the pistons.

hi i just had top hydraulics rebuild my cylinders for my 2005 pt. now, i took the plug out of the pump to see what size hole i will be dealing with. i can not even put one those red straws that you get with spray cans into the hole. what size tubing are you using? to get into the hole. thanks

I have a almost similar problem on my '09 convertible : the hydraulic pump doesn't start to lower the top...
I explain : if I push the "down" button, it lowers the windows (so the button works) but doesn't start the pump at all.
But if I use the screw in the truck to lower the top manually (and screw it again), then with the "UP" button it works perfectly.
Do you know if there's a relay or something that controls which way the pump works and if it could be what's causing my issue?

How much fluid in resiour after repair half or two thirds full
