बारिश के दिनों में इन अंडरपासों में इतना पानी भर जाता है कि रास्ता क्राॅस करना असंभव हो जाता है और यह पानी हफ्तों तक इन अंडरपास में भरा रहता है और सड़ता रहता है केंद्र सरकार ,रेल मंत्रालय और राज्य सरकार और इनसे संबंधित अधिकारियों को इस बारे में भी कुछ सोचना चाहिए और मिलजुल कर इसका समाधान करने के लिए कोई ठोस कदम उठाना चाहिए और जहां तक संभव हो ऐसे क्रासिंग पर अंडरपास की जगह ओवरब्रिज बनाया जाए जिससे पानी इकट्ठा होने की समस्या से हमेशा के लिए निजात मिल सके और क्रासिंग भी आसानी से हो जाए और ट्रेन भी अनवरत रूप से तेज गति से चलती रहे।

Also, it does not seem like the soil was compacted properly, so if there is subsidence around the underpass blocks, the tracks will flex and not run straight. A good informative video would cover these points.

Very good and informative video.After excavation, the consolidation of soil shall be done by watering and compacting , before placing precast slab and precast box culvert over it . This will prevent the settlement of the box culvert below rail lines during running of train and rainy season .
Indian Railway is serious to make railway as level crossing free. Only thing is that though the load on track had increased several time yet more line had not been laid as compare to road infrastructure whereas rail traffic is having very minimal chances of accident as compared to road accident.
Railway safety is a big concern nowadays! We pay for the journey but no assurance of a safe journey. We heavily rely on Indian rail services please take serious steps towards its betterment.
