Do you know that the Target store in Rowland Heights was the very first built from scratch Target store in state of California. The Rowland Heights Target store opened in 1984, as California's very first built from scratch store. Target initially entered the California market in 1983 when it first took over former FedMart locations that closed a year before in San Diego and Los Angeles county areas.
