San Juan, METRO* Manila. Or better: San Juan, NCR.
"Manila" and "Metro Manila" sound similar but they are NOT the same. "Manila" is just one of many cities in the "METRO Manila" region. In fact, Manila is just a small city merely 4% of the NCR! But because stew' peed people kept conflating the two terms, Metro Manila was renamed to NCR back in 1978 precisely to distinguish Manila from all the other autonomous cities in the region. San Juan is not Manila. San Juan is a city on its own!
