In my opinion, if you watch season two of saint beast first then season one it would make a lot more sense because season two talks more about judas and luca with the other saint beasts before they were banished.
@UchihaLina the other version of this one (Saint Beast: Kouin Jojishi Tenshi Tan) has more shounen-ai hints in it but I just started watching this version so I don't know for sure how much shounen-ai this version has
@inufreak46 You have "Saint Beast Kouin Jojishi Tenshi Tan" which (I think) was released after the "Saint Beast" series but the situation is dated before "Saint Beast". "Saint Beast Kouin Jojishi Tenshi Tan" shows the becoming of the Six Saint Beasts and what happened in Heaven, and the relationships of the Saint Beasts: Judas/Yuda, Luca/Ruca, Rei/Rey, Goh/Gou, Gai, and Shin. The OVA is a side storyline if you must. All are uploaded here.

no i think judas and luca are the ones in the begining they turn bad for some reason i dont get it and stuff i feel like i missed alot of it and stuff cause i cant find it

Not at all!, it is just another serie of shonen ai, not yaoi at least so far. Fusigi has 53 episodes plus 4 ovas :)
