The personality changing is literally a normal human behaviour, and most people do it. It's a kind of a social survival mechanism! It's also very common in neurodivergent people, like those with ADHD!

i think by changing personality in front of friends and significant other, it could be problematic only if they are super nice to you during ur alone time but completely ignore you when they r with their friends cuz they wanna seem cooler or whatever. otherwise its aight cuz everyone acts different depending on the person and place

28:00 People who have Adhd have a thing called time blindness. We literally have no sense of time. The severity differs, of course, but it's something we can't control. I have adhad and have 2 friends that also have it. So when we hang out, it can be extremely chaotic meeting up cause one of us will be anxious that they'll be late, so they're ready super early. Another will remember all these things they forgot to do and have to do them last minute. One will literally lose track of time, etc. etc. So we can't take it personally.
