she is not a great host, she was giving off shoulder to Sunidhi, and cutting her off. She was not listening to Sachin’s Jigar’s fan moment, she was very mellow.
@@wktrey She controlled it well. It didn't need to spiral into something else, she gave enough time for the fan moment and then promptly directed back to the convo. Sunidhi was also given time to express herself, wasn't really cut off as you're saying. It was good.

It was lovely to listen to Sachin-Jigar and Achint as we haven’t seen them a lot in the digital world. Also for making AB, Sunidhi and Shilpa sing a few lines. Sunidhi is God’s favourite child!

This was one of the best interviews/discussions that I've listened to in a long time. Everyone was given space, people talked from their heart, each one was an accomplished artist that deserved to be there, the moderator was prefect in giving every person their time, didn't interrupt them and herself knew about their music and craft. Well done Film Companion for putting this together!

Thank you so much for this wonderful adda. I love how it turned into Amitabh Bhattacharya appreciation - he really is such an incredible lyricist. Everytime I hear the “sher” line from Dangal it gives me chills. And the line Shilpa mentioned is so profound - it fits so well with their discussion about hard work and luck.
I loved the genuine mutual admiration between Sunidhi and Shilpa. And it’s so true, she really opened the door to a different type of female voice in mainstream Hindi music. And the host was perfect for this discussion. Genuine appreciation of music and lyrics beyond the superficial.
