With all due respect, It's just the simplicity and humbleness of Amit trivedi, which makes him look like less of a composer amongst these guys. No doubt all of them are great Composers and I love all of their work but Amit trivedi stands out even amongst them. This interview clearly doesn't depict that, but that's the reality. He may be less experienced in his tenure compared to others, but much more vibrant with an amazing caliber! Love You AT! :)

Great interview. Love the fact that you're trying to cover all aspects and people tending to those aspects in film-making. Would've loved if you asked them about all the talent they judge on reality shows that never gets a shot after those shows are over. Nonetheless, would love to see a cinematographer meet next.
This is the most chill roundable table I've seen so far on Film companion. There always seem to be a tension in the air with Actors and directors (No hate, just an observation), but these men are super chill and humble.
It's unfortunate that in India whenever the topic of film music comes up people only think of songs. The ones doing the crucial work of background scores remain unsung and never get their due. You should do a roundtable of say for example Julius Packiam, Sanjoy Chowdhary, Amar Mohile and Tubby and Parik.
Ehsaan's Goa story reminded me of this interview with RGV where he remembers having taken Rahman to Goa, hoping for some great tunes but Rahman just ended up watching TV in his hotel room with nothing else to show for😂 Directors should stop sending their composers to Goa 😂

I'm not a fan of Indian mainstream movies but these two songs Fitoor & Tere liye from the movie Fitoor was my introduction to Amit Trivedi's music & ever since then I've been hooked to his compositions. This guy is totally underrated.
Each and every artist here has brought in a style of their own to music which has modernized and captured the pulse of the youth. Trivedi of course is the boss but all of them are Brilliant!
