    Honestly, hands down thus is the best video on leadership I could ever find. I have an exam tomorrow and have been finding it difficult to understand trait approach.. I watched your video and I fully get it. Thank you so much for this video. Will be watching all your other videos from now on

      Its simple ... when we face a weak situation as a leader that is where your traits plays a significant role and your behavior gets directed by your traits...
