This song is underrated. After watching this movie in Netflix, I had the with you drum beat vibes and I imagine if they play live, We got Rob Bourdon on the Drums, Mike Shinoda on the keyboard, Steph from Deftones and Brad Delson from Linkin Park on the Guitars, Joe Hahn on the turntables, Chester and Chino on the vocals harmonizing and duet together and Dave Farrell on the bass. that would be awesome to hear the guitars added to this song.

I love how melodic and cyclical this song is, very soothing and introspective. Which is opposite of the film and makes me so pumped up. Haha.

I watched the film without knowing that Linkin Park was involved. Both film of The Raid Duology are my favorite martial arts / action movies of all time, plus the involvement of Mike Shinoda from my all time favorite band is the cherry on top. And of course, let us not forget Joseph Trapanese.
I saw the trailer for this when I was seeing any flick at the time, and it made me want to see The Raid more than what I was going to see at the time. But right when it teased "Score by Mike Shinoda," that was just the icing on the cake.

I love The Raid, hands down 1 of the greatest & most absolutely badass Martial Arts movies ever made!!! The Raid 2 was pretty badass as well with amazing fight scenes & action sequences right on par with those of The Raid 1 despite the sequel having a weak plot compared to the first film's more exciting intense adrenaline-charged story. The Raid is without doubt an instant Martial Arts/action film classic & I totally love this song by Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda as well :)

Raid 2 had the better story. Raid 1 was more intense but the story was pretty simple.

Evans made Merantau to make the Raid. And he made the Raid to finance The Raid 2.
Unfortunately he's gone Hollywood after. There won't be a "The Raid 3".
He also left Indonesia since and moved back to Wales :(.
The Raid is worth watching. It takes you back to how people dish out ass whoopings. The 2nd is also equally good.

@@ifalone if you liked the story of Raid 2, definitely buy it. The gameplay is also satysfying and unique. Not a perfect, but the only one of its kind, definitely worth playing imo.
