- This recipe for soft cookies can be made without butter and with just one bowl of mixing.
The trick to the moist texture is to preheat the cookies on a baking sheet to cool slowly so they don't overcook in the oven. But even if you overbake them, they are still delicious crispy cookies!

▷Ingredients (13 cookies)
1 whole egg
50 g thick white sesame oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75 g cane sugar
Pinch of salt
135 g cake flour
15 g ground almonds
1 g baking soda
80 g chocolate chips
1. Beat the whole eggs with the thick sesame oil.
Add sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
3. Sift in the cake flour and baking soda, then add the ground almonds.
4. Chop the sweet chocolate into large pieces and add.
5. Scoop 30 g of the cookie dough and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 10-14 min.
6. Leave the cookies on the baking sheet to cool for 10 min.

Спасибо за рецепт! Испекла только что. Хрустящее снаружи, мягкое внутри. Вместо миндальной муки использовала просто пшеничную. Получилось сладкое печенье, в следующий раз уменьшу количество сахара. И все таки выпечка на сливочном масле вкуснее, чем на растительном! Есть привкус масла.

Guys please help, I followed this recipe to the T, didn’t have ground almonds but as she suggested in the video, I substituted with the equivalent amount of flour, I LOVE the taste of these cookies, they aren’t sickly sweet like American cookies but unfortunately, the texture ended up like cake!!! I don’t understand why, it was not crumbly like a biscuit, it was literally cake - I put it back in the oven to see if it could crisp up further - gave it 10 more mins in the oven and it was evenly golden - still not completely crunchy/crispy on the inside, the outside crisped up though but inside is still cake-texture - if anyone has advice - please let me know ❤
