How long was Michael Cohen in prison for this. At least the same for Trump.
As an Accountant, He was in prison for falsified tax returns, ie fraudulent taking deduction knowingly to lower He taxable income to avoid paying taxes.
Stormy Daniel's should be charged under criminal code 518 for Blackmail and Extortion.
If this is really about equal justice under the law, but that won't happen.
As an accountant you would have to prove that Trump actuallly saw the invoice for legal services, knew that it wasn't legal services and Trump would have had to pay the invoice himself out of election funds money.
Ask any accountant, any CPA friends and they will tell you, Trump isn't doing his own bookkeeping, he probably isn't even signing checks, he's got a CFO, do thse court proceedings are a shame!
