The situation for people who need assistance needs a lot of work its basically disorganised chaos with staff shouting iin their walkie talkies and placing people in holding area even causing myself and the wife to nearly miss our flight anyone else experience this ?

I'm an Ethiopian and proud of Ethiopian Airlines. But I don't think it's helpful to have all this BS about Gold Level (and I just some other stupid sign). Just post destination and time. Boarding pass should do the rest. Unnecessary beurecracy.
