Had my test levels blood tested with following results: Total T = 31.6 nmol/L SHBG = 72 nmol/L Free T = 428 pmol/L So on paper my free T is within "normal" limits, but I have many lot T symptoms. My doctor hasn't prescribed me anything and won't send me to an endocrinologist. What should I do?
Your SHBG is high and may be outside of the normal levels. Your Free T looks like it's just over the minimum side of the low range. So that may be the cause for the low T symptoms. If you're working with a regular GP, I suggest trying to find a TRT specialist and having a re-evaluation with them. If you're in the UK/Europe, give Balance My Hormones (the guy in this video) a call and see if they can help you.

james_gats every AAS influences shbg to some degree... I have multiple blood work to prove it and everyone see a increase in free t using other aas. Winstrol and proviron are one of the most efficient. Btw saying it influences shbg is wrong because the shbg will be almost at the same level but if there are other aas binding to the shbg there will be more free testosterone
james_gats proviron it’s not something like boron... it’s a real AAS and it’s a dht derivate. Must say though it’s very mild and it wouldn’t build muscle on it’s own
The normal range is between 19-51 typically. You're slightly higher than the normal range, but if your testosterone is high, then that is to be expected.
MIke was awesome I spoke with him on zoom. My natural levels are - 850 total - 11.6 Free - 63.6 SHGB I jumped on TRT last year and I've felt amazing! Not sure If I needed it, but I feel good. Came off this january and my levels are 560 total and 6.8 Free. My 850 total levels were essentially useless with my high shbg correct?

i wouldnt stay on proviron long term because of its detrimental effects on lipids. i only use it sparingly, like 1-2x per month, for bedroom performance if you know what i am saying hahahaha
Milo Milo blood vessel damage from aromasin? it is just a steroidal substrate that has a high binding affinity for aromatase enzyme. so any detrimental effects of aromasin and formestane, another steroidal ai are indirect, caused by too low estrogen i dont know about adex or letro thpugh and their mechanism of action but steroidal ai's merely mimic androgens

are you on trt? then yes proviron will lower shbg, if you use aromatase inhibitors, then try aromasin, it also binds to shbg and lowers it. If you are natural, then be carefule with proviron, it may lower you natural test levels. Aromasin at low doses like 1/4 tab twice a week will raise your natural test levels and lower shbg.

Im on trt 250mg a week also using proviron twice a day...is this ok and also aromisin twice a week

My total test is 716 but free is 6.1 so proviron could be an idea for me.

Ask for a referral to an endocrinologist.
@Chris Need to go to a men's health clinic. If you have a good amount of total T but low free T, TRT probably will do more damage than good.
