WOWOWOWOWOW!!! Super-Fantabulous sunrise!!! Lovely colors and views of the clouds. So... the BIG news is Interstellar is now back in theaters playing in IMAX. Are you ready to lift off into space? Are you ready to do the 2 year journey to Saturn? Are you ready to go thru the wormhole and end up in a galaxy far, far away? Are you ready to watch 23 years go by spending a few hours on Miller's Planet? Are you ready to dock with a rapidly spinning mother ship? Are you ready to travel a third of the speed of light breaking away from a supermassive black hole? Are you ready to jump into a hypercube? To watch 89 years go by and to see how much has changed? Anyhow, we keep falling further and further under budget in terms of rainfall. Since NOAA says we're still on tap for a La Nina winter, we're going to get utterly clobbered somewhere down the road. So... another fine video on your part... remember, on these flights, it's 7 years per hour, so make it count. That's 1 day every 1.25 seconds.
Well, I do both. I try to give everyone a way to watch my videos in the format they want. So I upload videos two ways. First, I'll upload the full flight from start to finish that includes everything from the time the door on the plane is closed until it's opened again. This, of course, includes the taxi sections on both ends of the flight. Then I'll upload just the takeoff and landing in separate videos, without anything else. Just the few seconds before they power up the engines, and on the landing videos I cut it as soon as the aircraft been put back in the "clean" configuration. I then put each of those types of videos in their own individual playlists. Again, this way everyone gets the videos they want and don't have to watch the others. If you like watching the full thing... You can. If you just want the takeoff or landing... You can do that too. Every video is not always going to be exactly what every viewer wants, but I try to give everyone options, so they don't waste their time watching extra stuff they don't want. In a video like this, that is just a takeoff, the link to the full uncut flight is listed in the description. Thanks for watching my friend!
You and me both my friend. Well kind of. I actually live about 3 hours away from MCI, and I'm closer to several other commercial airports, but... I generally fly out of MCI the most, so I consider it to be one of my home airports.
@@sla31 MCI is my local airport as well, but turns out I'm pretty sure I used to live close to where you're from. You popped up in my recommended friends list on facebook one day at random because apparently we share a couple mutual friends, and I recognized your channel name.
@@SariahPendragon it would appear so then. I don't think I have any imposters trying to claim my channel on Facebook that would most definitely be me. I still live down in Southeast Kansas. If we want to get technical, Joplin (JLN) is my true home airport.
@@sla31 I used to live in Parsons for a few years until 2012, so I'm still familiar with the area. Really miss it down there and I'd move back in a second if I were able. Just a lot calmer than KC. I have to admit, pretty sure the last time I was in Joplin was a short time after the tornado, so it's been a while.
But really.. & seriously.. it's a joke to become a pilot ✈🛩 because for this you need to take very hard & perfect training for flying the airplane ✈ because you're carring the lives ❤ of so many people on your hands while flying the airplane ✈ at the highest feet on the sky.
I'm not sure "joke" is the word I'd use there, but I agree with the rest of your comment. It is a very serious job that people go through a lot and sacrifice a lot for.
A most beautiful view. Like flying through a painting. Thank you.
That is an excellent way to describe it. I might use something like that in a title down the line. Thanks for watching my friend.

The talking about sports reminded me of mine which was Beer drinking in a Serbian house.
The view is so much better in "The Friendly Skies" - lol Tks!👍
Fantastic!!!
I'm glad you enjoyed it my friend! Thanks for watching!
Impressed that you spared us the taxi footage.
Wish other posters would, too.

👍👍
I play this game called infinite flight and they released the new Boeing 737 max 8
that was not a thrust reduction lmao, great sound
Great fly! Would you buy a new M4 Mac laptop that just released it last month?
Would I if I was in the market? Yes. Am I going to? No, because I'm not in the market for one right now haha.

I couldn't watch this one :-( The talking was too distracting. Upvote still :-)
