When you complete the full course in Sri Lanka, you will have to come on a work visa after getting the job . For pr pathways it is essential that you study at least 2-2.5 years in Australia to be eligible for the post graduate work visa.
With regards to course fee gaps you will have to check the relative uni websites and find the course fee.
I’m not too sure about the course standards in SriLanka compared to here as I have not studied there. Better to inquire someone who has been through the process. Hope this helps
