Can am or robby Gordon speed utv!!! After everything i seen from glamis,dunemont,pismo beach,sandy hollow,superstition,pismo can am for now for sure but speed utv gone kill everything giving u everything u would need to do stock compare to a xp pro or can am after stock to get it reliable for any terrain without having to touch a thing beside raido/light preference! But you guys will always push it to the limit and give us the best possible outcome to a perfect machine!!! Very much appreciated!!!
Pro xp at least it comes with a display for 30k. Does the can am even have a radio?

The front sway bar was loose on mine and a friend’s 2020’s. We had to stop on the trail one day because it got so loud on his and that’s what we found on our rattles.
Yeah first video I watched they said “in the manual it’ll tell you to check bolts if theirs a chatter, well usually it’s sway bar end links making the sound” and first drive I hear it and it was the sway bar 🤣
Same here front sway bar links were loose on my 2020, keep em tight until they get replaced with aftermarket.
I rock crawl and rarely go over 35 mph at my local park. Completely removed my front sway bar and disconnected my rear and installed quick disconnect pins to connect should I need to go fast and hit some turns. No rattles and all the flex. Rides like a dream!

I’ve been subbed for 4 years and I have never even driven a SxS. I have an 850 sportsman. They are genuinely good people and that’s what I enjoy the most, spread positive vibes and have fun with your friends.
Those BFG KM3's do fantastic in the trails,rocks, and obviously mud! I love them
They are good units, been pretty impressed
I just bought a x3 max xrs in January so im loving these comparisons, can't wait to see more on it

There's never anyone on them trails during the week. On the other hand the weekends it seems like there someone around every corner

I think part of the initial hard impact is due to the stiffness needed in the suspension to take the larger bumps, it's hard to set suspension to do both quick hard hits and big compression, it's always a trade off between one and the other especially in such light vehicles.
If you guys ever get a chance or if you haven't been.. You need to come south to Attica Indiana.. Badlands offroad park.. It has everything for every one.. Dunes to rocks to water crossings to mud.. Oh did I mention hill climbs and trails..
One week til I'm in my XDS Max RR. 1,400 miles last year, hope to beat that this season.

I remember going to the sand pit probably 30 - 35 years ago. Before side by sides were even a thing. It was all jeeps. The hill looks WAYY smaller than i remember it being. haha

The clunking on the Can Am is most likely the sway bar. My rear bar is loose at about 400 miles.

I think I prefer the Buff, but they are both amazing. Sous is right...considering that these type of machines started with the Rhino, we have come a very long way.
When are you guys going to come rip on some trails in Utah? Some of the best trails around it’d be cool to see some content from Moab or Sand hollow and maybe a meet up and collab with Matt’s Off Road Recovery.
We were just up there Tuesday to Friday. Trails were pretty solid, south trials were just done and a few of the northern ones got done by Thursday. Dust was strong, clogged air filter was fun lol.

Hey guys I will bet the comfort difference is a narrow machine changed to long travel suspension vs a machine designed to be 72” wide. Though it would be to wide if you were to put the LT suspension on the x3 and change the springs you would truly be able to see how much better the smart shocks are on the x3. The extra width above stock design adds stability.
We compared 72" to 72", even ish as we can make it
@@SXSBlog I know you did. I guess you missed what I was saying. The Buffalo originally had the narrow wheel base side to side. Y’all added the HCR LT suspension upgrade. This gives a unit designed to be narrow side to side more stability and a softer overall ride. So I was saying if you did the same with a 64” width x3 maxx then you would have an even better ride. I was not knocking your comparison.
Rattle is the sway bar moving side to side. They sell split collar retainers to mitigate this.
I still see 3 unoccupied seats; beside and behind Sous. The fans would love to see all four seats occupied. That's the real test! Why test a 4 seater with two occupants inside?

The rattle comes from those back sway bar links and the stock tie rod🕵️♀️Only thing I’ve upgraded on mine is Shock Therapy add ons💪

Obvious to me, and one of the reasons I just bought an X3 last week over an RZR pro, the 2 cylinder seems to make so much complainy noise, while that Ka-nam 3 cyl sounds so much smoother!

the best mod i have done to my x3 max is the new springs- the stock ones are trash
It needs springs due to the long travel. They’re not actually shock therapy they are just a higher spring rate for the extra width

The guys at Shock Therapy said the X3 smartshocks are harsh and need some more R&D.
Of course they did- they want to make money. I’ll get their springs because can-am springs sag, but I’ll heave the valving alone. ZERO complaints.

Lol i find it hilarious ,oh the buffalo is more comfortable than the X-3 at 13:14, well obviously Duhh it will be it's got the top of the line Simpson Suspension seats where the X3 doesn't ,I'm surprised that wasn't brought up ounce , because if the seats were stick it would be a lot more closer it the ride quality , and one more thing to note the bigger sizes tires Over stock result in a more plush ride .
So for those who were wonder what rides better keep that in mind, if Polaris does come out with the long travel Pro-XP so that wouldn't be the deciding factor for you. I'm sure the X3 would ride way better with same size tires and Simpson Suspension seats.
OH yeah and I'm pretty sure the Pro XP has Shock Therapy work done on the springs and shocks ,I don't remember what episode it was maybe someone remembers .but regardless I'll say it again If The Long the long travel Pro-xp comes out dont expect it to be as plush as what they said about the Buffalo ,keep that in mind, because the rides would be a lot more apples to apples ,right now it's apples to pears.

Noise is the sway bar links on the X3 I bet. Mine loosened up in the first 100 miles and were making a racket. Also the sway bar itself doesn’t have retainers and can slide left and right.

The Polaris looked so much smoother. Watch the steering wheel on both. The canam looked like the wheel was shaking a lot more

My buddy had a 17 x3 xrs with dialed in factory suspension and it always blew my mind how no matter how hard I drove it or how high I jumped it I never did find the bump stops
You guys have so many units and I can’t even afford to get a 1 side by side

I was reading on forums that everyone is having that chatter clunk on the new x3 xrs 4 doors and it sounds like its just the front sway bar end links being too loose, and you just gotta tighten them up a bit.
Mines doing it to, on my next day off i am now going to check the sway bar
