Octopus Energy Cheap Gas Tariff - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Wow Wow!! Found the cheapest Gas Tariff going with Octopus Energy. This is worth up to 50% current prices and worth it. My monthly bill reduced by nearly 50% paying £0.03p on gas.

I have started this channel as a novice and a new electric car owner. I will document the adventures of changing from Combustion/diesel engine to Electric vehicle.
I will share news and other car reviews that I can get hold of, with the emphasis on spreading good news about electric vehicles and debuking scare stories out there about switching. I will be as honest as possible and hopefully build a coummunity of new electric car owners and drivers. I will share any issues I encounter and how did I dealt with them. This will include what electric tarrif I am on to best serve me. The road may appear bumpy but so far, i am loving the EV.

Switched from Flexible to Tracker, saving money. Thanks! The discount makes gas cost comparable to a heat pump, but I still plan to switch. Taxes will have to switch to gas to incentivise the transition at some point.

Hmmm, I wonder what happens to the price over winter ?

You can check the prices in winter too and all the time they are lower than other tarrifs. Remember we are still really not out of the winter properly when this video was done, I was late to the party. I found out about it in Dec 23.

I moved to tracker in January when it was nearly half, since then the price of standard gas has come down but tracker has still been consistently cheap but not quite as good, about 2/3 the price, eg ironically as we move towards summer tracker has become slightly less good (not what i was expecting) but still much better, in that 2/3 is still good even if 1/2 is better obviously.
As said you can also bail out should it shoot up so theres no real downside. I check it once a week which is not onerous (i just have a reminder set with a url to click on) but thats the one thing you do have to do, its not a switch once and fuggedaboudit type thing.

You absolutely can mate as l said, l have just had my gas taken off this week for the heat pump. You can track the price on your app easily! It's amazing find!
