Vidéo réalisée par Guy De Saint Cyr et Daniel Brazillier lors du voyage "Spécial Éruption" au volcan Anak Krakatau en juillet 2018. Ce mythique volcan indonésien en sommeil depuis presque 6 ans s'est finalement réveillé pour nous offrir un magnifique spectacle.
Actuellement la forte activité éruptive de l'Anak Krakatau continue et deviendra à coup sûr l'attraction principale de cette destination pour les prochains mois...

When you look at Anak Krakatoa it's hard to believe that it only broke the surface in 1930 and a film of it doing so was actually made ,I'm not an end of the world preacher far from it, but when you look at the power and damage its predecessor caused ,and you really need to do, then you look at the rate it's been growing for less than a century you can see its time Asia put its differences apart and started planing .Because when this thing goes off it doesn't care what religion you are or where you come from
The fact that I live only 2 hours drive to the sea shore in Java island to watch this beauty. Believe me, I know. But as we have another 126 active volcano, we used to the danger and kind of ignore it (until the damage been done, like tsunami last 22 december). But soon we'll forget it, it's our typical. Kind of sad
its hard to imagine that such a massive mountain was blown apart in a recent eruption and no footage exists of it...

Hard to believe that this beautiful volcanic cone has disappeared ..
it will rebuilt and disappear again untill the volcanoe is gigantic enough to old its structure by its own weight and compact its material in the process and it will stop producing tsunami with its land slides . And in the meantime if people do not listen to her warnings then they will get whats coming to them casue nature is relentless and stops for no one

Please,.. DON'T add music,. it TOTALLY ruins it. Most people don't give 2 ***** about the music, they're here for the sights and sounds of the volcano. You only get the video Likes because of the great footage,. but NOT for the music.

bravo, beau reportage, mais ce soir, je suis triste de constater que ce que je pressentais depuis au moins 15 ans se réalise. cette irruption de juillet 2018 n'était qu'un éternuement, hier un raclement de gorge, mais plus de 200 morts. demain, une vraie quinte de toux du Krakatoa comme en 1883 ou au bas moyen-âge . L'irruption de 1253 du Rinjani(?) n'ont elles pas suffit? les méga volcan ne font donc pas peur? Naples , les grandes métropoles du middle états-uniens, le Japon dans sa globalité... tous en danger, et là, il n'est question que des volcans. L'humanité est-elle amnésique ou inconsciente? Les glissements des plaques sont de plus en plus perceptibles, même en France métropolitaine, et on prend çà à la légère, peu être parce que c'est loin. Pas concernés??? à voir, Un hiver volcanique ferait peut_être la différence.
