    What if you are freshwater and 22 metres

      Hi Josh, in this video we just simulate it in confined water as part of the PADI Open Water performance requirements. Later we practice it in the open water at 5 meter for 3 minutes.
      You should always do a safety stop at 5 meters for 3 minutes in the end of every dive.
