Were you even able to hit redline? That’s the best engine, I know everyone will say K series is king, but the sounds and engine vibration and VTECH cross over that you feel in the seat and in the steering wheel is just such an experience. Great video.

I had an 89 ef si with a 92 b17 the v-tec crossover was so loud it would scare the crap out of people next to me when I down shifted. Now i have a 95 eg si with a b18c.
I bought my 1980 civic what feels like a million years ago with plans to b16/18 swap it. Last time I mentioned that at a cars and coffee some kids laughed and asked why not k swap. That was the day I became old. K swaps are fun and all but they don't have the personality, the "music" as Danny said, of the old b motors.
The civic has nostalgia and i do love the J A pan , but i think im bmw thru n thru. I do love to see older cars though cos it means the owner / driver cares about driving. general folk are too quick to just bin things and get new shite. Cheers Dan
The problem with all the good roads around there is that they are always super busy unless you go out at 5am. The lanes are good on a supermoto (or similar) but too small for cars 🙁
