Loved this vlog so much and how you share about how sometimes you fall off track and have to create new systems that work for you. It’s so easy to get caught up in the pending deals and then forget to stay on top of prospecting for the next ones. I’ve learned that a real estate career is something where you’re constantly learning and refining. Great video❤

I love your videos! Would you mind sharing a bit about your salary and what is it now compared to when you started? Maybe a year by year breakdown or something like that? Also curious as too how many hours you put in each week for real estate? Not including your youtube although i know that is a part of your job. Im considering changing from insurance sales to real estate and determing if i want to try to become an agent or just work towards investing in properties.

You inspired me when I was studying for my Florida real estate license. But ever since getting it I’ve done nothing because I’m so overwhelmed 😭
I get it! It’s a very overwhelming job! But just try to start small and build from there. Maybe part time at first. It’s not impossible. You can do this but you have to at least try. ❤️🫶
@@JulienizBaez so true! I’m just been getting calls and letters from so many different brokerages and choosing the right one has been difficult
@@tynisharose4252 Gotcha! I definitely would interview maybe 5 and visit them in person to see what they have to offer and then make a decision. I think the most important thing to help narrow down options is: Who will offer you the best support? In terms of contract questions, negotiating, and helping you become a better agent. Also, figure out if you want to go on your own or if you want to join a team. That can help narrow things down! Hope this helps!
