Yeah. Bloat ware on Infinix and Ads. What i don't see in my Samsung phone. 128gb on A51 and 64gb on Infinix- i need the space. OS updates on Samsung for at least 2 years. I have a Samsung A8 2018. Been using it for 2 years+ now. Came with Android 7.1. I have had 2 upgrades since then from Android 8 to Android 9. Samsung A30s is uogradable to Android 10 currently. You don't get these upgrades with Infinix and Tecno.

You forgot to compare form factor. Also display...amoled trashes LCD everytime. Convenience of USB type C and software support 🤔... I enjoyed the comparison though but as a Samsung user I doubt if I can go back to infinix/tecno.

This comparison is not a fair one. You didn't talk about the screen resolution & quality as well as the rear camera configuration. The A51 has a superior screen (AMOLED) and also has a higher resolution. The A51 has Ultra wide rear camera at the rear which cannot be disregarded at all Except you do not take group pictures or panaromic scenes. And I'll pick Samsung's UI over Infinix's. Also the a51 cost about ₦102k at slot. By the way, the audio in the video recording from the Infinix was so low as though it was muffled compared to the Samsung that sounded loud and clear. This is the way I heard it from your video 6.9" of screen is simply to big for me with big hands compared to 6.5" on the a51 and Samsung includes USBC as opposed to the ancient micro USB on the Infinix. The only thing I'd give to the Infinix is faster app load times and likely better battery life thanks to the less than 300ppi resolution and bigger cell. For me the a51is certainly better value than the note7. But then that's just my opinion as others may have different considerations.
Slot has increased the price to ₦125k on the guise of a RUclips premium bundle. Not nice at all. They should revert to old price. Even the A71 seems to be more expensive than I remember. Now currently ₦175k with "RUclips Premium" label as well

Software optimization - Samsung has One UI, what does infinix have? I was hoping you answer this and tell us which one is better as per your unbiased experience; 5. Screen technology - any eye strain? Refresh rates, any tweaks? Man, for a reviewer you have to go deep; 6. Protection on the device: IP ratings, cases, likelihood to break (as per your "professional" reviewer opinion); and last but not least, NB: kindly convert Naira to an international currency, US$ is widely and easily understood by the international community. The rest of the stuff you did well - chipset, and... actually chipset comparison is the only thing you did well. May be selfie camera comparison too, it was ish ish, cause you didn't mention on the quality of voices recorded in videos, color accuracy was missing too. Do a part 2, and call it 2 weeks later... or something, but this is BAD!

I presently use a Redmi Note 9s which I bought for 79,000 Naira. It comes with a Snapdragon 720G processor, Type C port, 1080p LCD screen, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage (ROM), frequent updates and many more the Infinix note7 can't boast of.

I use a Samsung Note 8 and my screen got damaged. The price to fix it can buy me an Infinix Note 7. Although I love Samsung, I think I might go for Infinix Note 7

Note 7 has micro usb in 2020 720p Ips panel Update of only one android version up You also didn't talk of other cameras like ultrawide and telephoto if they had any The note 7 mic audio was muffled and low. Good review, but I will go for Samsung, bcos of better display and software. After 3 months the infinix softwares becomes very very slow with over heating problems. It's like infinix phones get expiring date. They tend to misbehaving after some months

Don't be fooled by the big brands! I have the Note 7 and my brother has the A51. It has a nicer screen, a slightly better front camera, and it has a USB type-c port. For everything else, the Note 7 is clearly better.

Nice one, but not a fair comparison. I still have a lot of reasons to go for the a51. As for the fingerprint comparing an in-display fingerprint to a side mounted ain't fair. As for the processor thumbs up to the helio g70, but it will eventually become slow after some months of usage. For the camera, consider the features and capabilities of the a51, it will be improved with software updates. As for the price range. Infinix note 7 may be cheaper but there are some of features you get on the Samsung a51 that are not on the Infinix note 7. Overall the only advantage of the infinix note 7 over the Samsung Galaxy a51 is the price. Nice video. I think the price difference between the two is that a Samsung phone can go 5 - 8 yrs without visiting the technician (if u use it reasonably of course) I doubt the infinix has that kind of power. I'll still gladly chose a 3gb ram Samsung over a 4gb ram infinix or Tecno any day
I've lived with Tecno and Infinix devices and they really are reliable. I just bought a new Tecno device having lived with an Infinix device for six years just because the battery started dying Abit too fast for me to bear

You've said the dual speakers on the note 7 are LOUD. Yeah, that's a good thing but what I find not to be good about smartphone companies in their speaker department is that they focus too much on making the speakers bassy. I listen to lots of songs from the London choir, Libera and they do lot's of high notes which don't turn out to be pleasing when played on the phone speaker. I just say that while the manufacturers improve on bass, let them also improve on high noted voices.
Let's see how Infinix note 7 is doing after this past few years, with Samsung A51 running Andriod 13 already and still runs pretty smooth even after the 3years of andriod & one ui updates, unlike Infinix note 7, that didn't even get one major andriod update!🙄

You're basically comparing processor, the whole video. Camera, PPI, screen, design, UI, NFC, weight. A51 is miles ahead of the infinix

The difference in prices as to do with R&D. Samsung release periodic software update for there device un like Infinix.
But I think for their budget and mid-range phone doesn't seem to get much update unlike their flagship

I use a Samsung Note 8 and my screen got damaged. The price to fix it can buy me an Infinix Note 7. Although I love Samsung, I think I might go for Infinix Note 7

for your information most people will just buy the 4gb 64gb variant of the note 7 also there isn't any 4gb 128gb model but 6gb 128gb for note 7 which is approximately 200 dollars in my country
If you care to know Realme q also has 6gb 64gb and 8gb 128gb variants with the 8gb 128gb variant being around 173 dollars (depending where you look)
Also the Realme q has 20w charging for it's 4035 mAh battery
This is the best "value for money" phone infinix have released in a while but there are better deals elsewhere but from the infinix camp this is the best

Good review, but I will go for Samsung, bcos of better display and software. After 3 months the infinix softwares becomes very very slow with over heating problems. It's like infinix phones get expiring date. They tend to misbehaving after some months
My own issue now is why did he emphasise only where the Infinix flexes it's muscle not considering that the Infinix came out five months after the Samsung
He didn't even stress out that the Samsung uses an Amoled display panel which is by far better than the Infinix IPS LCD panel

I have the Note 7 and my brother has the A51. It has a nicer screen, a slightly better front camera, and it has a USB type-c port. For everything else, the Note 7 is clearly better.

Nice one, but not a fair comparison. I still have a lot of reasons to go for the a51. As for the fingerprint comparing an in-display fingerprint to a side mounted ain't fair. As for the processor thumbs up to the helio g70, but it will eventually become slow after some months of usage. For the camera, consider the features and capabilities of the a51, it will be improved with software updates. As for the price range. Infinix note 7 may be cheaper but there are some of features you get on the Samsung a51 that are not on the Infinix note 7. Overall the only advantage of the infinix note 7 over the Samsung Galaxy a51 is the price.

I think the price difference between the two is that a Samsung phone can go 5 - 8 yrs without visiting the technician (if u use it reasonably of course) I doubt the infinix has that kind of power. I'll still gladly chose a 3gb ram Samsung over a 4gb ram infinix or Tecno any day
I've lived with Tecno and Infinix devices and they really are reliable. I just bought a new Tecno device having lived with an Infinix device for six years just because the battery started dying Abit too fast for me to bear

Are the speakers that bad
You've said the dual speakers on the note 7 are LOUD. Yeah, that's a good thing but what I find not to be good about smartphone companies in their speaker department is that they focus too much on making the speakers bassy. I listen to lots of songs from the London choir, Libera and they do lot's of high notes which don't turn out to be pleasing when played on the phone speaker.
I just say that while the manufacturers improve on bass, let them also improve on high noted voices.

Infinix note7 charges 2 hr 30 min to charge which is too long... Display is only 720p
Let's see how Infinix note 7 is doing after this past few years, with Samsung A51 running Andriod 13 already and still runs pretty smooth even after the 3years of andriod & one ui updates, unlike Infinix note 7, that didn't even get one major andriod update!🙄
