This is why they're so fun cuz they have range and they do different styles so well. Yeah, Frequency indeed showcased WayV's playful and fun side so well despite it going hard too. Even in their outfits, they showed two sides. They looked dark and powerful in those black outfits but then they also switched it up to cool and playful with their colorful outfits.
To me, the MV and the song are 10/10. I've been listening to SM musics since 2009 and this kind of song (they call it SMP) is what made me into SM groups more than any other groups from other labels. And I was so so happy after listening and watching FREQUENCY MV because I finally got what I wanted after like more than a decade waiting for SM to release SMP-ish songs again. And truthfully, WayV got a lot of SMP songs more than any groups in SM nowadays so that's what makes me stay as a fan. Oh I freaking love WayV music. Like all of them! Thank you for the reaction! Please please please listen to the whole mini album. You should listen to TWIST, Filthy Rich, and Call Me. They are bangers!!!!

Wayv's album is SO GOOD!! Please check it out. I just loved this hip hop sound for them as title and for the b-sides they had english R&B tracks and hip hop with latin vibes

Yours: “Hendery raps??” Well, he did not rap as much before Lucas left, because Lucas and YangYang got more lines, but Lucas’ rap has always been rather a nice sounding narration than proper rapping, so yeah… Hendery has always been also THE RAPPER along with YangYang. Also, I know doing a reaction to a Japanese release is a bit pointless, because it might get blocked on RUclips, but I highly recommend at least listening to the Japanese mini album, both on your own or as a WayV content for people coming here because of WayV
