[Episode 8 Hot Challenge: Fried Stuffed Pepper Recipe] ❤🔥 Ingredients 150g aged kimchi 200g minced pork 20g glass noodles 40g green onions 80g tofu 1 clove garlic 10g sugar 20g fine red chili powder 30g soy sauce 15g Buldak sauce 10g oyster sauce 5g sesame oil 10 Korean green chili peppers Frying flour Ice water 🧑🍳 Recipe 1. Mix frying flour and ice water well. (Make the batter slightly thick to ensure it sticks well and doesn’t peel off.) Squeeze the tofu thoroughly using a cloth to remove excess water. 2. Soak the glass noodles in advance and boil them for 5 minutes. Finely chop the boiled glass noodles, green onions, garlic, and aged kimchi. 3. Combine all ingredients and seasonings, then mix well. Wash the chili peppers, cut them open lengthwise, and remove the seeds. 4. Lightly coat the inside and outside of the chili peppers with flour to keep the filling in place. Stuff them generously with the prepared filling and coat lightly with flour again. 5. Dip the stuffed peppers into the tempura batter and fry in 170°C oil until golden brown. 6.
