Unable to store Ship with ATLS onboard PT1

At first thought it was a zeus issue or simply a ship storage issue but when checking the issue council saw this ticket issue-council....
I did in fact have an atls inside the ship. upon removing the atls in part 2 the ship could be propperly stored.
Issue council report same as cited above.
