The Most Beautiful Song Poem of the “Rock Era” a wonderful Masterpiece The best song of all time! Embedded with our long gone childhood memories of the mid 60’s early 70’s I never get tired of listening!😊
Just like a Jim Webb composition, this song is so damned complicated yet melodically hypnotic at the same time. Great arrangement made even greater with all the enhancements. The elusiveness of that butterfly has been captured for all of us to enjoy!
One of my all-time favorites ----------Thank-you Kenn !! Summer of '66, I was 19 y/o, heading to 20, & an angry, confused, & searching young man. This song spoke to me. -------------MJL, 75 y/o
Bob Lind was a DJ.....what a great song it still stirs emotions as it did when it was released all those years ago....thanks for sharing it brought back wonderful memories. God Bless.Tom
I always loved this song, but have forgot about its existence altogether. Now, listening to this with new ears, amazed at the incredible beautiful enhancement, tears streaming down my cheeks, I am so thankful to be hearing it again. Kenn, thank you from my soul . . .
This was one of my favorite songs....I still have the 45......Great download.....For a few minute now I am young again chasing the elusive butterfly..........
I still have the 45. I t certainly never sounded like this, even when it was new. Which was for about a day after being played over and over on a little plastic battery-operated toy 45 turntable. Another Wrecking Crew track with the late great Hal Blaine on drums, Leon Russell on piano, Henry Diltz on banjo. and Carol Kaye on bass.
Have you thought about tackling Classical Gas? That was one of their epic productions that ranks up there with MacArthur Park, both recorded a few months apart.
Fantastic , the enhancement has made this song so much clearer and you can hear all of the instruments clearly.. fantastic. The first time I ever heard this song it was in the winter of 1965 it was night time and I was looking out the window at the snow falling and how the snow sparkled like diamonds in the light of the street light , I was six months pregnant with my first child and I remember wondering if he could hear this lovely song,, Funny how we remember certain things but I loved this song as soon as I heard it and with this song playing, and the snow falling everything was pretty

Ah Kenn, this is wonderful! One of my favourite 60s hits. We were treated in the UK to two great versions in the top10 at the same time (the other by Val Doonican). I always preferred this version, and it is quite difficult to find in stereo anywhere, so this enhanced version on tap is a real treat. Thank you again.
Hey Frank I called you the other day on the phone to chat since you gave me your phone #. A guy answered the phone and asked who I was and I said that I was Kenn Wingle from "The Music Enhancement Channel" and I got disconnected after that. So don't know what happened but wanted to let you know I did call!
Kenn , I sincerely do apologize for disconnecting you, we\ve been getting bothered a lot by telemarketeers so it was all my fault ok ? I'd really would love to chat with you so please feel free to call me again at 1-414-762-4890 ok ? @@cinematic35

Absolutely excellent job of audio enhancement here, Kenn. Every instrument/vocals are right on the money. I thought by adding the streaming video of the butterfly in the open field was a stroke of genius. You should try to do that more often since most people seem to enjoy watching a streaming video with their songs. Triple-A+ with this baby, Kenn!
Lyrics: You might wake up some mornin’ To the sound of something moving past your window in the wind And if you’re quick enough to rise You’ll catch a fleeting glimpse of someone’s fading shadow Out on the new horizon You may see the floating motion of a distant pair of wings And if the sleep has left your ears You might hear footsteps running through an open meadow Don’t be concerned, it will not harm you It’s only me pursuing somethin’ I’m not sure of Across my dreams with nets of wonder I chase the bright elusive butterfly of love You might have heard my footsteps Echo softly in the distance through the canyons of your mind I might have even called your name As I ran reaching after something to believe in You might have seen me runnin’ Through the long-abandoned ruins of the dreams you left behind If you remember something there That glided past you followed close by heavy breathin’ Don’t be concerned, it will not harm you It’s only me pursuing somethin’ I’m not sure of Across my dreams with nets of wonder I chase the bright elusive butterfly of love Across my dreams with nets of wonder I chase the bright elusive butterfly of love
I bought a collection of oldies called "Hard To Find 45's" and this song was on it so I thought it could do a little magic. It was fun and glad I can share it with others. Kenn
One of the most beautiful songs ever written. I have written half a dozen songs which are in my book,
but nothing to match this.
There is just something about this song that gets me teary eyed every time I hear it..epic 60’s memory..wonderful enhancement

My favourite song of alltime! Its got magic nestledin its grooves! The greatest song of them all!
Timeless. Still as beautiful as when I first heard it when I was 5 or 6. Now I'm 60 the magic hasn't faded.

As usual - an absolutely SENSATIONAL enhanced version of this wonderful & unique classic.

June, 2021:. Thank you for giving me my childhood back 🥰🥰❤️❤️ First note and all the words and memories came back 🌹
If I remember right, this song was a huge hit.
I was born in this year, actually remember it playing on the radio as a toddler. Beautiful!
Listening on Grado SR - 125 headphones. Sounds wonderful!
I'm listening through stereo ear buds. You've clearly brought out parts to this song I hardly heard before. And this is a complicated arrangement!

I just Love Butterflies.
Lovely
I remember this from high school days. 1965-66ish
I remembered sneaking into my brothers room to listen to this song on his stereo when I was teenybopper.
Nice job! The song is much more balanced.
Lyrics:
You might wake up some mornin’
To the sound of something moving past your window in the wind
And if you’re quick enough to rise
You’ll catch a fleeting glimpse of someone’s fading shadow
Out on the new horizon
You may see the floating motion of a distant pair of wings
And if the sleep has left your ears
You might hear footsteps running through an open meadow
Don’t be concerned, it will not harm you
It’s only me pursuing somethin’ I’m not sure of
Across my dreams with nets of wonder
I chase the bright elusive butterfly of love
You might have heard my footsteps
Echo softly in the distance through the canyons of your mind
I might have even called your name
As I ran reaching after something to believe in
You might have seen me runnin’
Through the long-abandoned ruins of the dreams you left behind
If you remember something there
That glided past you followed close by heavy breathin’
Don’t be concerned, it will not harm you
It’s only me pursuing somethin’ I’m not sure of
Across my dreams with nets of wonder
I chase the bright elusive butterfly of love
Across my dreams with nets of wonder
I chase the bright elusive butterfly of love
Very, nicely done. ^^

This is so good.
I always liked this one, but didn't know who did it. You did a great job and boy did it sound good.
Great job!
You did it again. Nice work.
Nice job, Kenn. Ed
THE EXTENDED VERSION HAS A DARKER TUNE AND MUCH LONGER~ HE NO DOUBT HAD HIS HEART RIPPED OUT~
Play this along with the slower version of Don McClean's "Castles in the air." Lots of similarities.
Now how about iron butterfly? Would love to hear any of these: Soul Experience, Termination, It Must be Love & My Mirage especially, thanks, al
*I actually play this tune at work - about once a week.*
Woah…
maybe do some cowsills ,if you get a chance..you probably got a million requests tho.
