Judging by the locations Google Maps pulls up, you'd have to live somewhere really out of the way like Letterkenny to be more than an hour away from one of their locations. These days, they have locations in Cashel, Cork, Naas and Galway, with a total of NINE different locations in the wider Dublin area. Truly, this is a golden age for Irish donut appreciation.

Krispy creme used to be so much more popular when I was a kid but all the ones by me closed and it was about 10 years before I saw one again when I moved for college. Now as luck would have it a year ago one opened up right down the street from my house, lucky me!

The plus side is that Krispy Kreme has expanded quite a bit in Ireland since this video. Judging by the locations Google Maps pulls up, you'd have to live somewhere really out of the way like Letterkenny to be more than an hour away from one of their locations. These days, they have locations in Cashel, Cork, Naas and Galway, with a total of NINE different locations in the wider Dublin area. Truly, this is a golden age for Irish donut appreciation.

When I was in college people would try to bribe the staff at the one next to campus to get the discards. They would pull those doughnuts straight of the line and pop them into the box.
I’ve had KK only once, it was brought to work and they were cold & heard all the hype & wasn’t impressed. Then was told it needed to be heated up to experience its true goodness. I’m not really a donut eater, though years ago Dunkin Donuts made a Buttermilk Donut with heavy syrup over it. It looked like a hockey puck & felt like one too, but so good
