Hey everybody! I have a brand new tutorial for you. These beautiful palm trees make the perfect Summer painting session. In this video I want to share fan brush techniques with you. Please be aware, I am no teacher, I just love painting and want to share it with you too. This is not the 'classical' training you would receive at university, but just techniques that I use. Also, it seems obvious, but please don't sell this work as your own, unless it is very different.

Me and my daughter both love palm trees and they always give us a relaxing and excited feeling. We also love to see palm trees at the beach in the summer.
I just adore this little painting & even tho I get to look at these beautiful palm trees,as well as a variety of others,everyday...living in florida(lived in Key Largo for 23yrs & hurricanes chased me up to Jacksonville) I still just absolutely love them. I've always wanted to do a painting from the base of several tall palms in a cluster but just the fronds fingering out w the blue sky behind them. thanks for all your time & all I've learned & been inspired by through your time.

About a year ago I painted this along with you and it was wonderful to see the result with your guidance. I'm back again today to do this painting again and compare it to my earlier work.
