Tip for dunking with 2 feet, put all your strength on one leg rather then both, and for one foot dunking, when you go up for the dunk try to grab the rim while the ball is in your hand, it gives u a better wrist flick down.
Grabbing the rim makes sense. When you say put all your strength on one leg for 2 feet dunking, are you saying the other leg should just act as a stabilizer and maybe just some strength? Thank you for the tips!
Yes, one leg should act as a stabilizer and the other leg has all your strength, no strength put into the other leg at all. Think of it as your shooting, one hand stays there to position the ball and the other hand shoots the ball to get the right aim, same thing with jumping off 2, one leg is there for balance, and the other one is to get up as high as you can. If you equalize your strength between the both of your legs your only using about 80% of your power, that 20% of power is huge to getting an extra inch or two. @@RyanCS10 also for 1 foot jumping make sure to get low and push off with your right leg hard just before the jump, gave me an extra inch or two of vert just by doing that

@@RyanCS10 So first thing first jump further it will give you more monentum. Second thing try to get low as possible. Third go 100%spoed/strenght. Four do plyometrics and thats all i got(sorry for my bad eanglish)
