That's the moment I went from thinking this was gonna be a typical JRPG to thinking it was gonna be a hell of an experience.
I wish I could say the same...but then the game got stuck on the loading screen after a bunch of dialogue following this scene. Well, maybe in a few months enough bugs will be patched and I'll pick it up again...
UPDATE: Well, I got past that loading screen on my second attempt, but between that and it basically being a meaningless outcome thing, I wouldn't say "I am IN"...but I'm sure not out.

This playing in one of the biggest battle in the game gives me a lot of chills and one of the best JRPG moments that will remain forever in my memory. The games needs polishing yes, but there were moments here that cannot match other modern JRPGs..

great game, but it lacks high stakes in story, it all feels so comfy
I complete this game. But not full recruited 😭. Maybe sometimes run again with complete recruited.
While there were definitely flaws in this game, any moment that this song played, I felt the potential the team could reach if they were given more time. I genuinely got chills when the entirety of Flags of the Brave (both the instrumental version and especially the vocal version) played during the story. You can criticize several things about the game, but this song and the moments it accompanies are not those things. This is legitimately one of the best JRPG songs, hell even songs in gaming, that I've ever heard.
