cherry blossom is originally from China, spread to Japan during Tang dynasty, together with "most of traditional japanese" things that in your impression. No blames, just as a chinese I feel bad when western ppl always think many cultural things are from japan, which are actually is learnt/indroduced/copied from China in the history.

Maybe because the Japanese are good at advertizing these "cultural" thing to the western audience. China has a lot to offer but rarely any foreigners know its attractions.

@@yesun6702 When there's some cool chinese stuff on the screen, average reaction from the western globe be like:
      1. "Made in China kek"
      2. "Bruh, is this a paid promo or something / Communist China propaganda"
      3. "They copied this shit from somewhere"
It's not like they rarely try to promote to the outside, It is that they're heavily demonized from all fronts of the western internet space.
I swear that If people liked japanese culture, they would LOVE to the chinese culture when they finally get to discover it.

Advertizing Japan is one of the western strategy of antichina. The reason we all know .

@@yesun6702 Japan keep on produce nice Japanese persons film after the 2rd World war, Most Japanese films are nice persons and nice things. But Hollywood use to produce bad and horrible images about Russian. But I don’t think Russian is a kind of worse ppl and Japanese are a kind of better ppl.

China not only has cherry blossoms, it has peach, apple and plum blossoms, as well as azaleas, rhododendrons in the Rhododendrons Scenic Area in Guizhou. Many plants like Camellia sinensis, Wisterias, Rhododendrons, even multi-petaled, repeat flowering roses were brought back from China by plant hunters like Robert Fortune and introduced into UK. Old English roses use to be single-petaled and flowering only once in the season. Chinese culture is very rich and long. Japanese though are very good at taking the best of other cultures, repackaging it and adopting it into their own. One can find much inspiration from Chinese history in arts and culture. Many ancient artifacts which are stolen were very intricately made and refined. Many still exists and on display in National Trust mansions in UK. Unfortunately numerous tumultuous events in China in the last century caused much of it to be lost and forgotten. China nationals just need to be better at marketing China and have greater awareness that they are always representatives of their country abroad and at home. Be adaptable and always strive to self-improve.

To be honest, as a native of Wuhan, I don't think Wuhan is a tourist city. The most worthwhile places to visit in Wuhan are actually the Hubei Provincial Museum and East Lake. Other areas are similar to other cities in China. In addition, due to various reasons, Wuhan can almost be considered one of the largest cities in China. Wuhan is also the birthplace of China's revolution to overthrow the Chinese emperor. This city contains a lot of modern Chinese history, and many foreigners refer to Wuhan as China's Chicago.

another nice vlog! did you catch the night skyline from the river bank? if you haven't noticed by now, everything comes alive a night in china. regarding cameras, you should be ok at 99% of the places. ironically the places you people might actually tell you no filming are inside western operated stores, like the apple store for example. worse thing that can happen is they say no filming so don't worry about getting taken away by the police or anything lol, china is nothing like that. drones however are another story and flying is usually restricted in big cities or if you near sensitive buildings such as government structures. I would not even bring a drone around in central beijing because you won't be able to enter a lot of places with it in your backpack in the first place. if you flying a drone in a restricted area, police might even try to shoot it down with specialized guns lol. in remote areas you'll fine with drones.
