    I have PAH for about 4 years and getting worse. Been having constant infections with sepsis for close to 2 years now, on oxygen for 25 years and severely nauseated, weak, chest pain when walking and collapse, COPD, bronchiectasis and feel the PAH is getting worse.

      Can you please let me know, what were your symptoms during early stage of diagnosis? Which tests confirmed it?

    Doctors never believe me and dismiss it and I get worse year after year :(
