    How about some more maintenance videos dealing with troubleshooting. Specifically, What to do if the Cistern is constantly running /trickling into the bowl and the washer is perfect or the parts are brand new?

      Hello,
      Check at the level of the water inside the tank relative to the overflow tube. If the tank is full of water such that it is flowing through the overflow tube then you should adjust the the fill valve height.
