In this video, I will be sharing lots of important things for new brides to have a healthy routine regarding healthy pregnancy with Dr. Sumbul. Wedding day is an important day in every bride’s life and we all want to look our best on this day. Setting the date, venue, and menu, finding the right wedding dress, shopping for the right jewelry, finding a makeup salon, and having expensive beauty treatments, hair treatments and all of this can be very tiring, and you might end up harming your health. However, the trick to not getting stressed out is using your time wisely for your beauty and fitness and most importantly your health. Health is one of the most important things for a bride-to-be. in several ways, therefore keep in mind to have proper nutrition and improve your immunity, taking your vitamins, and pre-bridal medical tests to have a healthy pregnancy. I hope our new brides will follow this healthy routine before their marriage. This video is in Urdu and Hindi.

Aur uske baad se regular recipe videos upload kr raha hu ... But likes aur views naa ke barabar aate hai fir b main upload rehta hu mujhe bas logo ko apni skill dikhana hai kyuki mre ko cooking krna bhut accha lgta h..* nja
