- Welcome to my brand new off-ice training series called #SkateWithMichelle. The focus this week are LUNGE JUMPS! This plyometric exercise is a great exercise for your quadriceps and to get maximum height on your jumps!
Regardless if you are working on your triple jumps or your singles, these fundamentals are an essential part of your progress. If you can spot the common mistakes and weaknesses you have with these drills you can apply them to the rest of your jumps.
