I have been where you have been, twice. I am heading towards my third transfer this month, and praying for both of our successes. You will grow stronger from this though, I can promise you that.

I’m so sorry! I know how hard it is to see that negative after all you have been through. It took me three IVF cycles, but I had my beautiful rainbow baby in October. I know it’s hard, but your time will come you just have to keep the faith.

I hate to hear this! You and are both in the same boat (Low AMH/DOR) and go to Coastal Fertility. I've been rooting for you from the beginning and still am. Whatever you do, don't give up and get discouraged. I'm still waiting to get my genetic test results back (hopefully by April 5) before we move forward with treatment. Prior to transferring the embryo, did they do any PGD (preimplantation genetic diagnosis) testing?

Thanks so much for your encouragement! Wow, small world that we both go to coastal and have low amh/dor. We did not do any PGD/PGS testing. Our doctor suggested we not do it since I’m under 35 and we also would not have many embryos do to my low amh.
Was there something they were specifically looking for with you PGD testing? Hope you have good news on 4/5!
@@BonnieLeetripletmom Well, we haven't done the PGD testing yet. I just recently did the genetic test for recessive genes--which was recommended to me no matter how old I was. If I come back for a recessive gene, then my husband will have to be tested and then we along with the ER will decide on how to proceed from there. Fingers crossed that I am not a carrier for any serious health issues/diseases/illnesses. Will let you know! But to answer your question, there wasn't one particular gene they were looking for, but just any/all from this disease list: myriadwomenshealth.com/diseases/
I am so sorry for your loss, Bonnie. I have been cheering you on since I saw your first video. I am currently going through IVF cycle #2. Nothing prepares you for this journey other than the strength it provides you after going through it. Remember you are strong and will get through this! Thank you for sharing this personal journey with us and making me feel that I’m not alone!

I am so sorry! There's no words that can heal what you're going through. I'm not sure how I found your channel, but I'm grateful I did. You exude a happy spirit despite what you are enduring. My husband and I are also experiencing infertility and trying to decide what our next step will be. Much like you, at some point we'll have to take a step in the dark and have faith that something will work out. Thank you for sharing your story; it's a bravely vulnerable thing to do! Ask your doctor about an ERA test.
I just did mine and it showed I was pre receptive and needed one more day of progesterone injections.

I’m just curious did you do PGS testing on your embryos before this transfer? I’m so sorry I didn’t take at that time.
No we did not do PGS testing. Our doctor said since we are young (under 35) he wouldn’t strongly suggest it.

Hi everyone going thru ivf. I have low amh , two miscarriages. Two ivf cycles . 5 IUI cycles . Still no baby in hand. But somehow I was putting a brave face and taking all this treatment head on not anymore . I totally lost it when my transfer failed 2 days back. I have only one embryo in freezer, low amh of course I had mere 4 eggs and only two fertilitized, this is heartbreaking. I left my job I could not handle the stress anymore . Need prayers and support

You need to keep trying and I know its difficult but you need to remove the burden that this is giving you! Trust me, relax and be stress free!

Were embryos genetics tested?
No, we did not do any PGD/PGS testing. Our doctor suggested that we didn’t need to do it since I’m under 35 and we have no history of genetic disorders. Also because we would not have many embryos to test, since I have low amh/dor
