Hi I have a LS 1999 with sat nav pioneer system I’d like to add USB and iPhone connection I’m told there’s a Y Cable that connects to either the back of the stereo or the back of the CD player which is in the glove box can you help at all be much appreciated thanks
@Nicky Ward , I don't even know where to begin! LOL. Is that head unit you mentioned a stock one? I've never seen one personally and neither have I taken the CD changer out to see the connections. Be interesting tho, I have to gut out my older LS400 and maybe then I can see what's going on behind that CD changer. Until then, I wouldn't know how else I can help. Sorry! Keep me posted! 👍
most LS400 suffer from electrical issues like the dash cluster, body modules (which they have a bunch!), power door locks , motorize tilt & telescoping steering wheel. Other then the obvious wear and tear, these cars are bullet proof, engine wise. So usually I recommend checking all those electrical components, check the under carriage for any major rust issues, and overall conditions at your discretion.
Think you can do a video on the low and high beams? I've looked online and it seems like it's not a possibility. Or maybe it'd be too expensive. Would like to know if it's possible to go LED

@Waqas Abbas, yes I did, they are sold for GS models (GS300 GS400) but they fit the LS400👌
