A tip for not having greasy hair every day is to go two days without washing it. It will feel horrible but if you do that repeatably you will be able to train your hair to go a couple days without washing it. It worked for me

Probably can do it on and off for a little bit then just go to one day than go on and off of the one and two then finally 2

If you're not already, use Function of Beauty. My hair got really oily really fast until I started using them. It also fixed the damaged hairs. They customize the shampoo and conditioner to your hair specifications. It's wonderful. Little pricey, but so worth it.

Try to go with greasy hair for two days and wash it just with water but you can add a tiny bit of conditioner and see how it is it worked for me
