It wasnt until recently that i learned what the difference is between them. Being new to the hobby I might try these one day. Ive got my hands full now with red eye tetras, panda corys and most recently a bristlenose pleco which Im learning to really love. Reading more and more about them Im learning that my bristlenose doesnt exactly fit the expectations of most BN. For instance mine is very active during the day and actually seems like he thinks he is a panda cory because he/she follows them around a lot. Its too young to see any bristles yet, but from my understanding males will develop longer bristles than females. Hopefully one day Ill have more tanks and try breeding. It seems things are going well so far. I havent lost a fish yet, knock on wood.
@Krish's Aquariums fishkeepingfreak was my old YT name. I just ordered 30 cardinals for a 55g I set up about a month ago. Do you think 30 is enough to get that good schooling behavior?
@PointDrago ok good to know...I'm excited. I have 1 angelfish and 1 powder blue dwarf guarami in there right now with some fairy corys and longfin gold blue eyed bristlenose plecos. I'm 99.9% sure the cardinals will get along fine with all those. The angelfish is still very small
