To correct you it's shredded coconut on top of khaman and khandvi and not reddish at Das khaman. 😊 Also, the only difference between Aluvali and Patra is Aluvali is fried after steamed and Patra is tempered after steamed. Ahmedabad mai ik problem hai yanha har jagah street food nahi milta jaise North India mai mil jata hai very low cost par but Ahmedabad mai nahi , yanha bahut costly hai streetfood and taste bhi nahi hai jaisa North India mai hota hai. 3 saal raha hu Ahmedabad mai bahut problem hui khana peene mai , very costly hai.
I'm gujrati and have all this but honestly the healthy is gujrati thali idling dhosa rather than these which are well sometimes but u never put on weight with daal roti sabzi
