You covered all the best spots except one that is this place called shiv prerna snacks (known as raja cha vadapav/samosa) they have the best patti samosa in all of badlapur as they have a bit different spice filling in their potato,its located in belavli badlapur beside canara bank!😄😄

2. Animal Sandwich, Shakshuka, Chicken Cafreal, Poi and other Goan Delicacies at Maria’s Goan Eatery, Vasai- west (only open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
3. Sea food Thalis and other sea food delicacies at Kokum,Vasai- west ( amazing food with a great view )
4. Tandoori Bharra Chaap and Ghost Pepper soya chaap at Balwinders, Vasai- west
5. Tandoori and Lollypop Momos at Momories, Virar
6. Chicken Pot Rice at Tipsy Panda (outlets in both Vasai and Virar)
